Designed with your comfort and needs in mind, all of our apartments feature tasteful décor and spacious floor plans along with: in-unit kitchens, bathroom showers with built-in seating, roomy closets, dining and living room areas. Some apartments may include a dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal and additional window in dining area.

Community living at its best means we make it easy and relaxing right from the beginning. While many of our tenants enjoy the privacy of their individual apartments, they also take pleasure in enjoying our commons area, which boasts a cozy fireplace lounge and atrium. Other community spaces include: A library and grand piano, exercise room, screened porch, outdoor patio and barbecue grill, pool table, raised flower and garden plots, meditation chapel and garden, barber and beauty shop.
Housing with Services
If you should need assistance with personal care or housekeeping, arrangements can be made as needed. Our trained, caring staff will provide whatever you may need, right in the privacy of your own apartment. Additional costs will apply. The “Housing with Services” areas include: Bathing or dressing assistance, housekeeping, medication set-up and regulation, wound dressing and management, laundry, meal preparation, and 24 hour skilled nursing services.

Added amenities are available for your convenience at nominal fees, including: Groceries can be ordered from our local grocer and delivered to your apartment for a very minimal fee, coin-operated laundry facilities are located on both levels, air conditioning, garage stalls, and transportation, just to name a few.
Meditation Chapel and Garden
700 Stearns Place is connected to a beautiful, outdoor Meditation Garden that provides tenants with yet another place to enjoy the outdoors. Colorful plants, running waterfalls and abundant sunshine make for an enjoyable visiting space on our main campus. The Meditation Chapel, located near the garden area, is a quiet, reflective space that is non-denominational and open to all.

Retirement living should mean financial freedom. 700 Stearns Place offers affordable monthly rates that include your utilities, taxes, noon meals, weekly housekeeping and maintenance fees while also providing social activities, security and emergency services. You can forget the burdens of real estate taxes, heat, water, sewer, home maintenance and refuse costs- it’s all covered.
