Save the date for the 2nd Annual Healthy Strides 5K! Come join us in this family-friendly 5K run/walk.

Paynesville Area Health Care System is proud to be sponsoring the Healthy Strides 5K and Kids 1K  to take place in beautiful Paynesville, Minnesota. The race will start and finish at the Paynesville Health Care System main campus on Sunday, August 18, 2013. The proceeds from this event will go to the American Diabetes Association and the PAHCS Diabetes Education Department. 

T-Shirt:
All Participants will receive a free shirt.

Shirt sizes are: S, M, L, XL. Shirt Cut-off Date is August 12, 2013.

Race Start Times:
5K - 8:30 am
Kids K - 8:00 am

Event Pricing:
5K Walk/Run $25.00 Early Bird Deadline August 12th; $30.00 on Race Day

1K Kids Walk/Run $10.00 Early Bird and Day of Race
