ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The annual meeting of the Board shall be held in January of each year. Officers elected at this meeting shall include a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Clerk, and Treasurer. If an officer fails to complete his or her term of office, a new officer may be elected at the next regular meeting.
Regular meetings of the Board shall be held monthly at a time and place determined by the Board.
1. At any time upon the call of the chair or of any two other members;
2. Upon written notice mailed to each member three days before the meeting;
3. Without notice if each member is present or files with the clerk a written consent to hold the meeting.
The presence of a majority of Board members will count as a quorum for conducting official business of the Board.
Elected board members will be paid for each annual, regular, or special meeting attended (including mileage).
Board members are expected to attend the annual, regular and special meetings of the Board. The public is also welcome to attend any open meetings of the Board.
