The chairperson presides at all meetings of the Board. Contract, orders, or other official documents of the Board must be signed by the Chairperson.
The Vice-Chairperson conducts meetings of the Board in the absence of the Chairperson.
The Clerk is responsible for recording and maintaining the minutes of the Board. Contracts, orders and other official documents of the Board are witnessed by the Clerk.
The Treasurer shall be the custodian of all money received by the District and shall pay out money only on orders signed by the Chairperson and the Clerk.
