PAHCS has a long history of providing care to patients regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to improve the health and well being of the people and community we serve. With that being said, in 1992 PAHCS implemented a financial aid program for our patients who are unable to pay for their services.
The link below is an application for the PAHCS financial aid program. The information will be used to determine if you and your family are eligible for this program. Your income will not be the sole basis in which we determine eligibility for this financial aid allowance, but will be considered in conjunction with the following:
- Household income
- Catastrophic hospitalization and medical costs
- Employment status of household members
- Other financial obligations
