POSITION OPENING: Nurse Manager - Hospital Nursing Services

JOB FUNCTION: Provides clinical and administrative leadership to the nursing and nursing support staff of the hospital; ED, MS, OB, Cardiac Rehab areas. Ensures patient expectations are exceeded, assures the organization can implement its mission, oversees and integrates the care delivery system and merges the art and science of Nursing to address patient care needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse with Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing - Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years current professional nursing experience, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
