PAHCS is looking forward to autumn when the residents of Koronis Manor will have their home noise and dust-free again. The first phase of construction should be completed by October 2002. The new birthing suites will be available in September 2002. At that time, we will have three birthing suites for labor, delivery and post-delivery. The suites are spacious and modern and provide a home-like atmosphere for making the birth of your child a pleasant experience. The surgical Endo-suite room will be completed in November 2002. We are excited to be able to offer additional time for surgeries and also new procedures such as knee replacements. The staff is busy preparing for the upcoming changes. The new meeting rooms will also be completed in November. This area will be located on the northwest corner of the clinic. With completion of certain areas, construction on new areas will begin. The reception and registration area in the clinic will be remodeled beginning in the fall. The new area will allow more privacy for you to register or make appointments. The Outreach Department is adding an additional procedure room, a chemotherapy room and several exam rooms. Cardiac Rehab will also be relocated early this winter. As things progress, we are planning for a completion date of February 2003. We thank all of you - patients, residents, tenants, clients, families and staff - for your support and patience throughout the remodeling process and look forward to the many new opportunities ahead.
