PAHCS Home Health team up with Lake Region Home Health PAHCS is excited to be working with Lake Region Home Health, a 20-year provider, in New London. The goal of this relationship will be to build a stronger Home Health Care Program, with a larger client and referral base. We believe that in taking this direction, we will be continuing our Mission of "Caring for Life". Services Paynesville Area Home Health services are provided seven days a week, and a registered nurse (RN) is on-call 24 hours a day. Our skilled staff includes: • Professional Nurses • Home Health Aides • Physical Therapists • Occupational Therapists • Speech Language Therapists • Homemaker We provide the following skilled services: • Home Infusion Therapy • Biofeedback for incontinence • Pain Management • Wound Care • Resource Counseling and Referral • Therapy Eligibility Persons of all ages living within a 30-mile radius of Paynesville. Patients who require extended skilled care after discharge from the hospital or during a recent acute illness. Payment Paynesville Area Home Health charges can be paid for by individuals, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance or private insurance. Referrals Self-referrals are accepted or a referral may be made by a physician, family member or friend. Our staff will contact the patient's physician to discuss the services needed and a nurse or therapist will provide an initial assessment with the patient. Call us at 320-243-3034.
