Friday, June 14th, 2013 is the date for the 9th Annual Paynesville Area Health Care Foundation Golf Tournament & Community Night Out!

Golfing shotgun start 1:00 p.m.

Community Night Out Dinner served from 5:30-7 p.m. (Everyone welcome!)

Sponsorship Levels

  • PLATINUM Sponsor $1,500 - Eight Golf Tickets for 18 holes, cart rental, box lunches, dinner tickets. Sponsorship denoted in event programs, posters, website and advance promotion.
  • GOLD Sponsor $1,000 - Four Golf Tickets for 18 holes, cart rental, box lunches, dinner tickets. Sponsorship denoted in event programs, posters, website and advance promotion.
  • SILVER Sponsor $500 - Four Community Night Out Dinner Tickets. Sponsorship denoted in event programs, posters, website and advance promotion.
  • BRONZE Sponsor $300 - Two Community Night Out dinner tickets. Sponsorship denoted in event programs, posters, website and advance promtion.
  • HOLE Sponsor $200 Sonsorship Sign on hole.
