Bonnie Fines, M.D.
Dr. Fines graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Biophysics at The Johns Hopkins University and went to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine receiving her MD in 1997. Dr Fines completed her Radiology residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals followed by a Musculoskeletal Fellowship at Wake Forest University. Dr. Fines joined RDR in 2003 and has become a leader in quality control and MR imaging.

Kevin Smith, M.D.
Dr. Smith graduated with a BA from St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota and received his Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota. He completed his Radiology residency at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He practiced in Duluth, Minnesota and completed a MRI mini-fellowship at Proscan Imaging in Cincinnati, Ohio before joining RDR in 2003. Since joining the group, Dr. Smith has become the Medical Director of Radiology at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, Minnesota and Riverwood Healthcare in Aitkin, Minnesota. His areas of interest include: Musculoskeletal Imaging, Mammography, minimally invasive procedures, and radiological administration.

Michael Rogan, M.D.
We are pleased to announce that Michael Rogan, M.D. has joined Regional Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Rogan recently finished his fellowship in Body Imaging at the University of Vermont. Dr. Rogan earned his medical degree and completed his residency program at the University of Minnesota. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Rogan�s interest and training in Body Imaging will be a great addition to Regional Diagnostic Radiology.

Hoang Nguyen, M.D.
Dr. Nguyen is the President of RDR. He joined RDR in 1996 after a distinguished undergraduate and postgraduate career at the University of Iowa and University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. Dr. Nguyen has a BS in Biochemistry and is RDR's PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System) specialist, which is critical for neuroimaging, imaging guided biopsies, pain management, interventional radiology and mammography.
